Me han estado preguntando mucho sobre mi rutina de belleza así que el día de hoy quisiera compartírselas de la mano de los productos esenciales que uso antes de irme a la cama y al despertar.
Por cierto, dormir es uno de los puntos clave para tener una piel más suave y humectada. Así que tienen que contemplar que para tener un buen día lo primero es tener una buena noche de descanso.
Sé que a veces es complicado entre trabajo y algunas merecidas salidas nocturnas, pero es algo que hay que contemplar si realmente queremos tener una piel envidiable.

Cara

1. Lo primero que hago cuando me levanto y antes de irme a dormir es lavarme la cara. Por mi edad es muy común que me salgan imperfecciones y por eso que me queden manchitas, asi que uso "Bio10" de Lullage para prevenirlas y humectar mi piel. Esta marca se considera experta en manchas y promete eliminarlas en 6 semanas! Yo llevo 2 con el tratamiento y he sentido mi piel mucho mas humectada y lisa. 
2. Después me pongo protector solar, también de Lullage que amo. Normalmente odiaría este paso porque la cara te queda pegajosa y el olor del bloqueador es horrible. Pero este es como suero, se absorbe rapidísimo y huele delicioso. 
3. El segundo paso, por la noche después es quitarme el rimel con "Oil-free eye makeup remover" de Neutrogena antes de limpiar mi cara con "Hydra Calme" de L'BEL para quitar el exceso de mugre que gracias a la contaminación se acumula a lo largo del día. Por último  me lavo la cara y aplico "acneXpert"de nuevo.

Cuerpo
Tener una piel sana no se trata solo de una cara limpia sino de todo el cuerpo; a fin y al cabo la piel es el órgano más grande del cuerpo.

1. El primer paso no es solo usar jabón en la regadera sino exfoliar. Yo uso una esponja para masajear la piel, mejorar la circulación y deshacerme de la piel muerta. 3 veces por semana uso "The Blues Body Polish" de Couleur Caramel en todo el cuerpo y "The Facial Palacial" en la cara.
2. Al salir de la regadera SIEMPRE me pongo crema en todo el cuerpo. Pero después de la exfoliación la piel queda muchísimo más sensible así que esos días uso "Indulgent" también de Couleur Caramel, que es como crema batida.. Súper suave y humectante.

¿Qué les parece? Es una rutina bastante sensible pero como diría mi madre la constancia es clave. Y como diría mi abuela si quieres tener buena piel a los 80, tienes que empezar hoy.

A lot of you have been wondering about my beauty routine, so today would like to share it hand in hand with my essential products.
Indeed, sleep is one of the key points to a glowing skin. So, make sure to contemplate that the first thing is to have a good night's rest.
I know sometimes is complicated between work and some well-deserved night outs, but it is something to see if we really want to have an enviable skin.

Face

1. The first thing I do when I wake up and before going to sleep is wash my face. For people my age is very common to break out so I use "Bio10" from Lullage to prevent breakout marks and moisturize my skin. Afterwards I just put on some sunscreen from Lullage too. This step is usually one to hate, but Lullage's sunscreen is like serum, absorbes very fast and smells delicious.
2. The second step at night is to take off my mascara with "Oil-free eye makeup remover" from Neutrogena before wiping my face with "Hydra Calme" L'BEL to remove excess dirt courtesy of  pollution that accumulates throughout the day. To finish I wash my face and apply "acneXpert" again.

Body
Having healthy skin is not just a clean face but needs to be about the entire body.

1. The first step in the shower is not only to use soap but get rid of death skin by exfoliating. I use a sponge to massage the skin, improve circulation and get rid of dead skin. 3 times a week use "The Blues Body Polish" from Couleur Caramel throughout the body and "The Facial Palacial" in the face you can find both on Xabone (click for link).
2. Al out of the shower I always get cream all over the body. But after peeling the skin it is much more sensitive these days so use "Indulgent" also Couleur Caramel, which is like whipped cream .. Super soft and moisturized.

What do you think? It's a pretty easy routine but as my mother would say consistency is key. And as my grandmother wouldtell me over and over.... if you want to have good skin at 80, you have to start today.

Espero que hasta ahora tengan una muy buena semana. Como ya saben hoy es miércoles de belleza y el día de hoy quiero compartirles el nuevo lanzamiento de KENZO que es L'ELIXIR.
Les he hablado varias veces sobre Flower, una fragancia icónica de la marca que le dio un aroma a la amapola que no lo tenía. En palabras del genio creativo Patrick Guedj con quien pude hablar en el lanzamiento de Jeu d'Amour, la amapola era la flor fetiche de Kenzo Takaeda así que el sello debe de permanecer aunque la fragancia evolucione.
Esta variación, a diferencia de Flower in The Air que es sutil y juvenil, es mucho más robusta. Lo que me encantó es que uno reconoce la fragacia, que es perfecto para, por ejemplo, un evento en la noche después de usar Flower o Flower in the Air durante el día. Así se mantiene el mismo sello.
Recordemos que lo primero que anuncia la llegada de una mujer a una estancia es su fragancia.

Today I'd like to tell you all about Kenzo's latest fragrance: Flower by Kenzo L'ELIXIR
I've talk about Flower, an iconic fragrance of the brand that gave the poppy a scent, several times before. In the words of Patrick Guedj creative genius with whom I had the pleasure of speaking with at the launch of Jeu d'Amour, the poppy was Kenzo Takaeda's fetish flower which means that  the iconic trace must remain intact even when the fragrance evolves.
This variation, unlike Flower in The Air that is subtle and youth, is much more robust. What I loved is that one recognizes the fragrancce, which is perfect for, say, an event at night after using Flower Flower in the Air during the day. Seal  maintained.
Let's remember that the first thing that announces the arrival of a woman to stay is her scent.

A lo largo de los años he confirmado que un hombre bien vestido es extremadamente atractivo, pero cuando me encuentro con cosas como estos zapatos... Me doy cuenta de que tal vez les doy demasiado crédito. ¿Son realmente los hombres? O ¿Simplemente la ropa?....
Dejémoslo en que un buen traje no sería nada sin personalidad y la personalidad en bermudas y crocs no llegará muy lejos ¿Les parece?
Estoy súper enamorada de ellos. Son la pieza perfecta para hacer de cualquier outfit algo digno de recordar. Imagínenlos con un vestido muy femenino... Muero por estrenarlos.

Through the years I've confirmed that a well dressed man is extremely attractive, but whenever I find garnments or shoes like this, they make me wonder whether or not I give them too much credit. Is it really men? or simple the clothes?...
Let's just say (for the sake of no party getting hurt) that a suit would be nothing without personality and personality in cargo pants and crocs will never get too far, agreed?
I'm super in love with this new pair of beauties! I can't wait to wear them!
